Recently, I completed two pieces of Ninja training; Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention. The Ninja training has excellent content, both for new and intermediate practitioners - I suggest you look into them :)

They are not official Microsoft certifications, but you can receive recognition for completing the training:
